A spa water recipe infused with strawberries, limes, and fresh mint leaves. If you’ve ever wondered how to make infused water, this is a great picture tutorial. Enjoy sipping on a refreshing drink during your favorite spa treatment or to quench your thirst during the day. Enjoy!
I had the opportunity to try the Boscia Luminizing Black Face Mask this week since I received it free from Influenster! It was the perfect way to recover after a week of activities with my kiddos during Spring Break. While I waited for the mask to dry I enjoyed sipping on my Strawberry, Lime, and Mint Spa Water.
Infused Water Preparation
To prepare your own spa water, gather your ingredients. For this recipe you will need 3 large strawberries, 1 whole lime, and a sprig of mint leaves. You will also need ice cubes and filtered water or spring water. I enjoy drinking my water out of a glass mason jar.
There are 3 main ingredients, strawberries, lime, and mint leaves. Remove the top of the strawberry and cut into thin slices. Cut the ends off the lime and slice into ¼” circles, then cut each circle in half. Pull the mint leaves off the stem.
After removing the top of the strawberry use an egg slicer for perfectly even and thin strawberry slices!
Place the mint leaves in the bottom of the mason jar. Muddle the leaves by crushing them into the bottom of the jar. This will release a more intense mint flavor into your beverage.
Add the cut strawberries and lime slices on top of the mint leaves.
Add your ice cubes and fill with filtered water or spring water. Stir with a long-handled tea spoon and enjoy!
Infused Water Tips
After preparing the water enjoy for 2-4 hours. If you would like to store the water longer, strain the fruit and mints leaves out and return water to the jar with a white lid. This will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
Boscia Luminizing Black Face Mask
If you are curious about the Boscia face mask, it goes on easily, dries well, and peels off without hurting my skin. My face immediately felt soft and refreshed. The little bits that remained around the edges of my face were easy to remove with a wet paper towel. I enjoyed my fruit infused water while waiting for the mask to dry!
Thanks for stopping by, I hope this helps your plant-based adventure! ~Cassie
